I was arrested and charged with finacial identy fraud and i have yet to go to court about this matter but i have a past misdorminor on my record and wanted to know could i claim first offender act since this new charge was a felony and its been 7yrs since my misdorminor so all together if i am charged with the felony then i would have at total of two charges on my record.What is the qualifying situation of first offender act and what is it?
