Not very, she absolutely rejects the idea of being in a tub filling with water. Its hilarious when we do though.
-
Hardly ever, he has a fear of water and is a shorthaired Chihuahua so when do give a bath it is just by useing a wet wash cloth and a little soap.
-
Mine gets a shower once a week. It depends on the breed and how much time they spend outside. After about a week, my girl starts getting that "dirty dog smell".
-
Only when absolutely necessary. It destroys the natural oils in the coat and can cause skin problems
-
I try to at least once a month sometimes more depending on if they scratch alot. I don't want to wash them to much & dry their skin out but I don't like the D.O. (doggy odor) smell from them being in the sun & sweating(p.u.) I have organic spray to put on them to keep them from smelling but 2 out of 3 dogs don't like a bath, I have one that climbs me because shes a pup & gets scared & the other who tries to bite the water when it comes down on him or the sprayer from the shower or me if he can reach me. And the others a good baby he just sits there until I'm done.

When they start to get smelly. ; - }

About twice a month or every week, depending one how dirty she gets. She is still a puppy so we want to get her used to the idea of being in the water. She still hates it though.
-
twice a year unless it gets muddy or dirty..
-
about once a month
-
Maybe once or twice a year, if they need it. Some dogs don't really need a bath very often. And unless they get really dirty or have a run in with a skunk or going to a dog show, they are fine with good brushing and combing.
-
once he starts to stink! its too late but never too late to fix it!
-
About three times a week at least especially if they love to get on top of the bed, furniture, and when children are in the home.
-
I wash my dog once a week because he stays inside the house.
-
Twice a month! :)
-
Depends on the individual dog and the breed of dog. But in general I'd say once every two or three months. Bathing too much can actually be a bad thing for your dog. Bathing too much can remove the oils in their coats and dry out their skin. Generally, even dirty dogs :D, will be clean enough with a good grooming a few times a week. Which should be done anyway, even with short-haired breeds.
-
weekly, but he cleans his butt multiple times a day so I dont have to
-
When ever she needs it She isnt really a smelly dog
-
Hardly ever, but you should groom him thoroughly every day.
-
It depends on the breed and how dirty he is of course. You don't want to bath too often as it takes the natural oils out of their skin. My two large dogs have never been bathed and they are over 7 years old. A good brush does the trick. My little maltipoo goes in to the groomers once every 6 months and has a bath when I get his nails done.
-
You shouldn't really wash your dog as long as they have clean bedding and get brushed regularly!
-
I have a husky, I bathe her once a month and groom her every friday
-
I don't have a dog. My cats wash themselves daily. However, when I was in college I had a blind roommate with a seeing eye dog, and she washed her once a week! She had to have special shampoo so it wouldn't dry out her skin.
-
Like 4-5 times a year. I brush more often but seems to work out fine with that.
-
Once a month to every other month! +5
-
how about 2-3 times a month
-
My two big dogs, they are 7 years, have never had a bath. My little guy has one about every 6 months.
-

-
We take him to the groomer two or three times a year.
-
