I'm pretty casual, so it's usually "yeah" or "uh-huh" or "OK". Of the two, it's more often "yes" then "aye".

Yep, I generally type "yes". Yup, that's almost always the case. Yeah, I don't like to write the alternative forms of "yes". . In spoken conversation, I will freely interchange various forms depending upon the context.
