A small handfull of almonds are a great treat every now and then, and they do not seem to harm my diet.

Pretzels are a good one.

popsicles made with diet sodas or other diet drinks. plain popcorn. dry cereal. many diet versions of "normal" foods are fairly low in calories.

carrots are great and maybe celry if you like it.
