Do they have parking places for the non-handicapped at the Special Olympics?

    Most people who compete at the Special Olympic are not in Wheelchairs, as it for people with Intellectual disabilities.

    The Paralympic games are for elite athletes with disabilities. Athletes are classified according to degree of disability. They must meet the quilifing time (unlike the special olympics)
