Because his wife can drive and he cannot maybe?!
-
In my experience many of them have either been drinking or have lost their licence!
-
Because he's da pimp LOL
-
I think the wife probably doesn't let the man drive.
-
So they can drink generally, I think.
-
My father liked my mother to drive because she enjoyed it and was a better, more patient driver.
-
In my case I have trouble with my eyes that prevents me from getting a license so I had no choice. My ex and my late g/f's were both better drivers than most men.
-
My husband does not drive my car because he has had tickets so is not on my insurance (it is expensive enough as it is). Also, his driving makes me very nervous. He can drive a big rig like nobody's business, but in a car he will scare the crap out of you!
-
It's the death of the alpha male!
-
Men also like to be chauffered around.
-
My wife doesn't drive so i do all the driving around... But if she did i would have no problem whatsoever with letting her drive me around... I don't see anything gender specific about who drives who...
-
Probably because he is always liquored up. If there are unruly children in the back he can reach into the back seat and hit them.
-
Who cares who drives? This question is ridiculous.
-
Because they aren't power hungry ass holes.
-
cos there lazy. why bother when some one els will do it for you, pluse she'll only tell how your going wrong if man was to drive lol
-
My hubby drives all day at work(truck driver) when he gets home he drinks the rest of the evening so if we go somewhere I drive. No need in having a drunk driver on the road just because he wants to look like he 'da man'. He drives enough no need in risking an accident if we don't have too.
-
Why not?
-
Why not? If the man was always driving then the wife would always be getting a free ride. Seems fair that the man should get to sit back and relax in the car sometimes too. And for all the other answers stating how a man should drive, unless he is drinking... are you on crack or something? Equality means they have to carry their own weight as well. If they get to sit and relax, they should let the man sit and relax too.

My wife does most of the driving when we go somewhere but it isn't an attack on my manhood, I just don't enjoy driving as much as she does. I now live in the mountains of western North Carolina but grew up driving in Texas...driving in the mountains is very different from flat lands. Now, give me I-35 thru Austin and I am at home, I love driving there and she hates it so it is an even switch off -btw...I now know why so many of the greatest NASCAR drivers are from NC...you gotta be up on your skills to survive here...LOL
-
Because he got a DUI and his license are suspended.
-
My ex never drove me around!!
-
Thats funny !!
-
Because it beats listening to them b*tch in the back seat.
-
I don't know why others do, but I drive because I like to drive and my husband doesn't.
-
Because maybe the wife can handle the stress [of driving] better.
-
In my case my husband has a condition called "cough syncope". He can pass out at any time if he coughs. Plus he has uncontrolled asthma and COPD. So he coughs alot. Safer this way, don't you think?
-
I drive because I prefer to Live. My husband is a nightmare behind the wheel he's the only person I know who speeds up when people pull out of junctions. The amount of near misses he has had is just not funny. They say practice makes perfect but I'm afraid it ain't true in this case :)
-
Because they don't want to hear their wives complain about their driving. Or she is the bread winner in the family and he doesn't have the drive to make a contribution to the financial security in the household.
-
sexism
-
did we just go back in time to the 1950's? if not, this question doesn't really make sense, in my opinion.
-
Because it's her car and she hates to have to constantly adjust the seat......
