Typically no. There are supposed reconditioners but that my be more expensive that the battery. Also only the older Nickle Metal Hydride batteries had problems with memory and newer batteries such as Lithium Ion really don't suffer from memory effects. They do however have only a certian number of charges that they can take and if your battery is older that say about 18 months you probably should buy a new battery.

My phone charges and it'll charge for hours on end and then it comes off the charger and it says battery low. Do I need to get a new phone?
