If it is a big scar, I used Mederma cream or something with cocoa butter in it.

Put vodka on a cloth and press down on the wound....try it (Y)

I guess that depends on the scar. Usually neosporin if the wound isn't a big one. Its used for relatively small scars though. If it is small, try that liquid bandage stuff.

Aloe is good for skin wounds. It seems to work well especially with burns and also seems to prevent scars. (The plant, not ointments)
