Do you watch DVD commentaries? If so, can you recommend a good one?

I found one of the most interesting audio commentaries was on Mrs Doubtfire by its director Chris Columbus - he doesn't stop talking much throughout the duration of the commentary track and fills it with quite a lot of interesting information. Other worthwhile commentaries are David Fincher on Fight Club and Seven, any Terry Gilliam commentary (particularly Time Bandits and Brazil), the Monty Python commentaries are fun and also Renny Harlin on Cliffhanger is pretty good. If you can get hold of the so called Extreme Edition of Terminator 2 on region 1 (USA) DVD, the James Cameron co-writer commentary is very good. The commentary on the Criterion Label release of Silence of the Lambs is very interesting (but I don't think it got included on the UK release).
