Hmmm (thoughtfully) Let me artistically paraphraise: "I am like a tainted segment in a greasy lump"? I think it sounds like..something bad inside of something nasty gross... Unless you like oil cake, then it could be "you are like something different inside of something..pleasant" mmm delicious!
