Email, its quicker to reply, no postage costs, mistakes can be easily changed.

E-mail. I really would like a hand-written letter from someone I love. That would be great...
-
Depends - email for quick business or convenient updates, or hand-written letters/notes for sentimental crap, as appropriate. Anything is always welcome - I'm glad they care enough to keep in touch.
-
I love getting hand-written snail mail from time to time, but e-mails are easier because it makes for a quicker and simpler way to respond so they don't have to wait for ages to hear back from me!
-
Email, if I get a written letter than I feel like they expect one back... I have a hard enough time getting things I need to mail every month out in the mail like bills. Emails are quicker, easier and allow a much better conversation feel. When writing hand written letters, I always feel like I'm monopolizing the conversation... because I am.

I would much prefer a letter. I find the written word to be more attractive, and who would not like to receive a nice letter from a friend with all of those bills and credit card offers?
-
hand written. its more personal and I feel like its more from the heart.
-
email is the instant communication now, although a nice letter or card once in awhile would be cool.
-
Emails because its so much more convienent and everybody can understand typed messages.
-
How about a short video summing up the message? That reading is way over-rated. Makes my head hurt.

Well for a nice hello emails are real nice, and conveniant but from young children such as grandson or baby nephew those hand drawn pictures are nice and as they get older the letters from them are fun since they don't know how to spell real well and it is comical. +5 good question.

I would prefer an e-mail through the post.
