They have different styles but among the very best in my book:

    Geoff Tate - Queensryche.
    Rob Halford - Judas Priest.
    Chris Cornell - Soundgarden.

Depends on what you like, I think Bon Scott from old ACDC stuff was pretty unique, and Steven Tyler can definitely wail away as well. My top three rock vocalists are:

    1) Noddy Holder - Slade
    2) Rob Halford - Judas Priest
    3) Klaus Meine - Scorpions

Hmm..I'm going to go with Ben Burnley from Breaking Benjamin. He has an awesome voice. I'm also partial to Chris Robinson from The Black Crows.

Michael Akerfelt (i think thats right) from Opeth
    or
James hetfields voice (metallica) especially the garage inc. albums or and justice for all.

Zakk Wylde ( Black Label Society), Ozzy, or Jonathon Davies (Korn) are good in my opinion cause they have very distinct voices, unlike a lot a the newer b****cks thats out now (trivium etc)

but hey, thats just my opinion
