Um no. Many movies have had images of dinosaurs eating people (Jurassic Park for one). (unless you meant movies of actual dinosaurs eating actual people, in which case the question is even more absurd, as neither people nor cameras existed at the same time as dinosaurs)

The answer could be yes. You could be breaching copyright laws. If however you are making the movie, then no you can sell them.
