Idk if this will help, but you can try putting cold packs where his arms and legs connect to his body to try and cool him down. Make sure he's drinking plenty of fluids. Also w/a wet cool hand towel, try to bring his temp. back down... Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, I just tried to what we do for humans. Good luck!!!

my dog is not eating well, is sometimes shaky and has a lot of mucus secreting from her eyes. It is white and goopy and I am very worried about her. I don't have money right now to take her to the vet unless it is an emergency. Any idea what it might be?

What are you considering a fever? Dog's temperatures are naturally higher than a humans. They usually run anywhere from 100-102.
