Trolls habitually downrate without stating why. I was unaware Answerbag manufactured Nuclear Warheads.

A troll is someone that wonders around giving people minus marks without a reason. Strictly speaking a person is only a troll if they follow a person and downrate all of his/her answers, not just the one. However that has changed to anyone who downrates a Q or A without a comment as to why. Nuking their account basically means banning them for a period of time/forever.

An AB member that continues to negative rate your Q & A all the time, have you seen a + up?
