It's very possible. We have a "guest" in our house, or ghost if you will, who today decided to turn on our washing machine....she may be watching me, you never know!

With the amount of observation cameras in every parking lot and on every street intersection, I would probably think so. What really gets you to thinking is, how many times were you caught doing something you wouldn't want seen, before you realized how many cameras are out there? You know, like pickin' your nose, changing clothes on what you thought was a deserted corner of a parking lot, etc. ... LoL!
