My goldfish floats on the bottom, occasionally mouthing at rocks. I know it probably is pregnant, but it looks ill. What should I do?

They like to forage for food, I no my 7 goldfish are always uplifting rocks. Though by the sounds of it your fish is NOT pregnant. 1-fish dont get pregnant, they lay eggs and the male furtalises them. 2- shes probably got swim bladder hence the "swelling" on her belly...it's due to lack of variety in diet and poor water conditions. I'd get a medicine quick from a pet store, sooner the better and start feeding tiny pieces of chopped fruit and veg like cucumber and skinless/pipless red grapes. My fish love them....if u hard boil an egg for 10 minutes and feed her small bits of the orange it'll give her plenty of vitamins etc. Good luck
