Have you noticed that there are certain types of questions that ABers like and that when you ask them you get a lot of answers?

The "Congradulations" questions always, always, always get tons of points and many answers.

Yes. It seems to me, that questions about homosexuality often get high ratings, and lots of answers on here.

The questions that get the most points (and answers) are usually the most open ended - by that I mean they have the greatest chance to have many many different answers - I know that my three highest rated questions are are like this, so if you want to get a lot of points, ask questions for which there may be hundreds of possible answers - It's harder than it seems. Side note - the reason that the congratulatory questions get so many points is because the people that answer them are all usually "higher ups" with +5 capabilities for questions - not to sound elitist or anything, we see a question about a fellow ABer who we recognize and answer the questions giving it the max that we can - because congratulatory questions recognize people for making sage, a birthday, maestro, guru or whatever - whoever is getting recognized has friends that will uprate as high as possible - simple as that.
