Oh yes there are many people on AB I admire. I've read some very inspirational stories and have received some stories via e-mail and chat. The people behind the avatars are truly amazing and wonderful. I feel blessed to know many Abers on a more personal level and to call many of them friends.

Blank Savage is at the top of my list. Although I didn't really know him all that well he was always a gentleman and always had a kind word for all. I will miss him terribly. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones.

They all do in one way or another..the ones that open themselves up and share their stories..the ones who are new at this and are trying to learn how to open up..the ones who reach out, to make a connection..the ones who are always there with a kind word, no matter what! Even the ones with whom I disagree..I admire and respect them for the fact that very often they are in the minority but fearlessly stand up and say what they believe! :)

Several, yes. Some inspire me to look beyond a typical situation toward a more harmonious and universal approach to an issue. Some inspire me with their generaosity and kindness, alway remaining polite and graceful. Other inspire me to look at a situation from another perspective and challenge my own thought processes. Still others inspire me to strive toward being more diplomatic by virtue of their own behavior, good or bad. That's the nice thing about this site; as much as one can offer, they can also take away so much.
