Do you consider Smirnoff, and those types of alcoholic drinks, girly drinks?

Not really. Just because I am in to shooting liquor, doesnt mean that everyone else can handle the same thing.

If you're mixing the spirit with raspberry or lemonade then I suppose you could call it girly - then you've got one of those alcopop drinks on your hand. Spirits on their own though are seen as more hardcore so I wouldn't call em girly. Ahh...who cares? If it tastes good, drink it!

My personal view is to drink what you like. If you like smirnoff and smirnoff related drinks, then by all means drink those. Do you need to crack open a bud light if you don't like it? Nope, no need at all. While at a bar, order a cosmo, an appletini, a vodka cran, a jack and coke and throw an orange slice in there. Screw the labeling of "girly" drinks, which isn't very nice to you ladies anyway. They all get you drunk/buzzed and life doesn't last all that long so you might as well enjoy it.

Yes. Several people here don't seem to know that Smirnoff also makes fruity tasting beers, I assume that's what your boyfriend is talking about. I like them, too. Far too expensive to drink very often, though.

Um...not really. See while all those guys are calling Smirnoff a girly drink most of them will probably be drinking normal beer. But, what they don't know is Smirnoff contains twice the amount of alcohol as regular beer does. So if a guy is only able to drink 5 beers and a girl is only able to drink 5 Smirnoffs then the girl just drank 10 normal beers. 5 more than the guy. If Smirnoff is considered girly because of that, then I'm glad to be a girl
