Yes. A degree isn't a prerequisite of being president.

Yes there have been Presidents without College degrees it is not a prerequisite of the Office. The UK has also had Prime Ministers without Degrees

Yes of course, there are only three requirements: Article Two of the Constitution says; Presidents must be natural-born citizens of the United States, at least thirty-five years old, and must have been resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.
