I actually let it thaw in the fridge all day (or overnight) before I mix it. mixes up quickly that way. I remember when I was a kid my mom had me mixing it up right out of the freezer. that takes for-freakin-ever when it's frozen!

Usually I let it thaw in the refrigerator over night, but if I don't have a lot of time, I run the package under warm water for 5-10 minutes. It thaws really fast.

Do it right out of the freezer. The water usually thaws it very quickly with a few stirs. And then you can use it. I couldn't be bothered with waiting overnight. Plus very often I would only make part of a container. Can't do that if it's all liquid as you can't refreeze it.

I use it straight from the freezer. I put it in a pitcher, add one can of steaming hot water to thae it a little, then I use cold water after that. The hot water helps it thaw faster.
