I like so many fried foods from frog legs to chicken livers. So hard to pick one, but I would say fried Chicken.

Tempura at the counter in the tempura shop. Served fresh and crispy with salt instead of dashi (sauce), it is more light than the ones you usually get at Japanese restaurants.
