No one knows his IQ. However, I doubt his IQ is below 80 or above 110. Americans are distrustful of intelligence. Intelligent people are too complex for most Americans. We like people with whom we can identify. I personally think he's either brilliant or a puppet. His administration has managed to make MANY people much wealthier.

No, George W. Bush does not represent the intelligence of the average American. In fact, Americans are ALWAYS smarter than their leaders, Abraham Lincoln said that, 'You can't fool all the people, all the time.' -- While George W. Bush said 'There's an old saying in Tennessee. . . . I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee. . . . . that says, fool me once, shame on . . . . shame on you. Fool me . . . . anyways you can't get fooled again.' And we are all still wondering what the heck that means! Americans are romantic dreamers, and as such are sometimes lured toward Fool's Gold and False Friends, but when they awaken from their delusions, watch out! George W. Bush believes that he's been 'divinely chosen' to lead not only the country, but the world. The truth is that he was chosen to vicariously fulfil his father's failed ambitions for a second term. George W. Bush spent the first 40 years of his life drinking and partying. This wouldn't make the average man qualified to collect garbage, and yet, because of his name and his money, he is somehow qualified to run the country.
