    Do you mean like Andy Warhol and Keith Haring? I don't know of any current artists who are celebrities.

    i feel fine with artists being celebrities (i am one!)...but i do have a larger problem with celebrities in general. very worthless thing to have in our society, i hope one day we start glorifying moms, pops, and people that really deserve the attention.
