What is Bran Castle most famous for, and why is it now in the middle of a legal dispute?

It is most famous for the fact that Prince Vlad Dracul (the man who inspired the story of Count Dracula) spent a night there. A descendent of the former rulers laid claim to the castle and wants to sell it back to the Romanian government for $78,000,000. The government says that the price is too much, but stands to lose a lot of money in tourist revenue. I'd like to point out that having been there, the Romanian's market it as Dracula's castle, however there is nothing said of him inside the castle. The castle that he actually lived in is a pile of rubble and ruins, so they associate him with the Castlul Bran. I'll even add a pic of me and my best friend in front of the Bran Castle.
