She could not speak English very well. She would keep repeating things like "I a Miss Swan." When that was finally through, she'd repeat more things every time she said them, and go back to "I a Miss Swan." She also did not understand English very well.

I love her, and she never irritated me. What irritates me is people getting their diapers in a bunch over a character on tv.
