  • I would imagine that you can never get enough fibre, as long as you keep your fluids up it will all pass through with no problems :o)
  • I would think that "too many" would make you regular - the opposite.
  • i wouldnt have thought so....they contain fibre, so they would make you less constipated
  • i don't think so, i believe the fiber content would prevent constapation.
  • you CAN get too much fiber and it can cause your colon to "forget how to work", which is pretty much the same as the effects to taking laxatives too often.
  • ok fiber is supposed to work the opposite but I can tell you it dont always work the same with everybody it works different on me I cannot eat much fiber because it bloats me really bad and constipates me in which it does cause that in some people its so bad they cant eat much fiber. and granola bars is one of the worst things for me I cannot eat them because they block me up for days I cant eat cereal that is HIGH in fiber or same effect happens.
