Front to back b/c sounds gross But if you go back to front you can drag feces matter to your vagina and get bacteria there. And UTI's come into place. Front to back what's the worst that can happen a little pee where crap comes out from?

back to front will leave you with a nasty uti..this is because uti's..which are caused by the ecoli bacteria hang out in "back"...if a doc is telling you to clean back to front i'd stop going to him for fear of any other misinformation.

Front to back. The Thrush /Yeast bacteria lives in the Anus and wiping the incorrect way very often causes this infection. Best to use wet wipes after paper.
