I would try internet sites like eBay(worldwide). I would also search for hobby shops across the country. There are conventions where models are brought and sold, There are forums where you can leave requests for the paint you are looking for. The only other thought is if you have an example of the apint, take it to a spray painter, they would be able to make a very close match. It may take a long time (as in a very long time) but my theory is that they made more than one. If that's the case there has to be afew tins out there somewhere. Good luck hunting. Here's a few links I found on a quick search. http://groups.google.com.au/group/rec.models.scale/browse_thread/thread/9165af421a400b6e/9355ada25759f451%239355ada25759f451?sa=X&oi=groupsr&start=0&num=3 http://ourworld-top.cs.com/mcwautofinishes/paint/racelist.html

Try some sports car sites. They have historic cars sometimes. Here's the Mclaren car page, but it doesn't have any McLaren racing cars from the Can-Am in the late 60's.
