The only president I know personally is called Ian and he says he doesn't know what you're talking about.

The current president? No. He has no incentive to. He can't run again so can't use it as a politcal platform and he won't be in office long enough to be able to realistically redefine the healthcare system or enact any real legislation. Free healthcare may not be the best option, though. Look at other government run programs like welfare and social security. He should and he would help his party greatly for the mass majority of people want it and know it is a good idea.But he makes bad judgments continually ,so he will not change his mind.
