How do you ask people to become friends to create a friends list?

You go to their profile and by there pic and rank it says "Add to friends" Then POOF you have friends.

Click on their profile picture. When you are on the profile page above their stats you will see + add to friends. Just click that. Then it is up to the user to accept or deny. +3
