When I was about 9 years old my dad took us to disneyland. We were staying at some hotel outside of disney. Well one night we went to have dinner at a restaurant near the the hotel, and we had spagetti. The service was very good, the waiter really nice, the food was excellent. So the next night we went back, we had the same waiter but this time the service was TERRIBLE and he gave us our spagettii COLD! Later I found out that my dad hadn't tipped him the night before, so I guess we kind of deserved it!

Pep Boys in Clarkville IN. I called ahead to see if they were busy and they said no bring it right in. I dropped off my truck of an oil change and check out the tires and brakes. I gave them my cell phone and went back to work. I called them 2 hours later and they told me that they need aurhtoization for the brake parts. Which i gave them. I call just before work ended and the said it was almost done, so i got a ride to them, but wheni got there it wasn't done so I went to dinner and afterwards i called and they said 30mins. When I arrived 45 mins later, i was informed that they couldn't locate the correct disc. It would be saturday or Sunday before it was done. Not once in 6 hours did they ever call me to ask for aurthorization or to inform me of any problems. It was horrible.
