It's definitely women. Not only can they be more stubborn but compile this with that one word which all women deny being associated with: Nagging.

I don't think that this has as much to do with gender as it does the individual's character. If I had to pick one I'd have to say women. Generally speaking, men think logically and will appreciate a logical argument. Women however are more emotional creatures that are more unpredictable. Perhaps this is one of the reasons why men are attracted to them in a relationship; I'm not sure. Men however have other short-comings; their ego being one problem.
