man enough with the taco talk, your making me hungry! okay favorite ingredient would be cumin. that mixed in with more spices makes for wonderful taco meat!

My all time favorite is fish tacos with cabbage slaw just like in Baja California. And I do love tongue tacos. But I'll not turn away beef or chicken, especially Barbacoa meat in it:-)

Cheddar cheese. A taco isn't complete without cheese.

The meat of course..no wait..gotta have cheese..then there's lettuce and tomato..oh yeah, don't forget the sauce (hot please)..and of course..sour cream. I CAN'T DECIDE!!! :-0

Cheese, preferably a combo of acedero, jack and/or cheddar. It's not a taco if it doesn't have cheese! :-D

Barbacoa, avocado or guacamole, sour cream, pico de gayo, cheese, verde sauce. and charros, on the side. Not just beans - charros. And...there is no such thing as a taco at Jack in the Box or Taco Bell.
