no, but its really easy to do thats how mine is i use this product its called rusk being shocked and i put it in my hair when its wet and its a realllly thick product its almost a solid so i dont use alot then i dry the hair that is going to be spiked up , up and the ways i want it. then when its dryed i use rusk being undressed to style it the way i want it and i use a flat iron to fix pieces and place them exactly where i want them then i use a little bit of hairspray to keep it in place. definitly alot more work than gel hairspray and a blowdryer if you use alot of gel and hairspray its not going to look right and it will be wet and gross looking when i do mine my hair doesnt look like it has any product in it. plus you have to have your hair cut a certain way go to the hair dresser and ask for a rotation
