Personaly I think it is unusual that a man can ejaculate and urinate during oral sex. I have never met anyone who could do that. A man can urinate with an erection, but once he is being stimulated he would find it extremely difficult to urinate. However, if he can and does than she should either swallow or spit it back on him and express her dislike and refuse to preform fellatio on him again.

I do this with my guy a lot (not everytime) and I've never been sick in any way. I guess it just depends on the guy's health.
