I would ask the question in a different manner. I would ask "How can Israel avoid having their citizens attacked by Arab (Palestinian) terrorists when they are driving their cars?" I think that one answer just might be to have the Arabs use other roads from those traveled by Jews.

Because muslims like blowing themselves up and killing jews..they can not be trusted, and they did it to themselves...and to hell with international law, they are a sovereign nation
