Make one out of plasticine , this is what i did , it's great. When you want to put him out at night you can simply throw him out of the window regardless of what floor you are on. Saves you loads on food as well . Only downside is you have to bring him back in yourself in the morning , he's not coming through that catflap , it's not happening.

Unfortunately, you would need a high powered microscope and a needle with a point small enough to extract the nuclei from your host cats somatic/stem cell. Then insert it into a pre-extracted cat egg cell (possibly exposing it to ultraviolet light before hand to destroy the genetic information already existing inside of it) and exposing it to the proper hormones to induce the growth process (until it has reached the blastocyst stage. Then re inserting it in a host cat's uterus wall lining to grow as a normal cat would if impregnated. My note, unless you have a mad scientist lab in your garage, your probably going to end up paying 5-10 grand for a privet company to clone your kitty for you (hey at least they can remove the gene that causes severe cat allergies now ;-))

It's not something you just do, I don't know if there even are private companies offering this service at the moment. Did your cat die since you want a clone of it?

oh, let me just pull out my clonning device from my back pocket :) i would have said the dna thing, but anonymous already thought of that... :)
