I hope they don't give me a good reason for it. I am French, I have been living in Germany for a very long time. Every EU-European has the European Nationality since 1992, but it is very difficult to have just that one. Maybe some day it will be possible (and interesting) to be European without being French or German. That day I would probably revoke my French citizenship. Or maybe I could just be a citizen of the world? So I would stay French just as today's US citizen are Californians or Texans.

If Hillary wins..I am a sniper or I am out of here..havent quite decided..that would be the circumstance to make me consider it..lol

Calif & federal taxes are making me consider leaving the U.S. after I retire. Too much bureaucracy, waste and politics. The question is where to go.

Sure, a really good job in another country. Perhaps I would do dual citizenship instead- I don't know the benefits or consequences of having both.

Okay coward. You have downrated me six times today without comment and I have not been Dr'd in about a month. Don't you feel embarrassed being such a chicken shit? All of my questions have been perfectly legitimate. Are you shy? Are you afraid?? Are you incapable of constructing a simple explanation? Sounds like it to me. Thanks to everyone else for answering.

None that I could think of at this time. I am a US citizen. =)

Even though my parents are both gone, I don't think I could do that to them, or to my grandparents..they left their native land because that's what they had to do to survive..they overcame many hardships to make it to America...they became naturalized citizens and were so proud of that accomplishment. So even if I were tempted to do so, I never would! :)

If George Bush somehow managed to get another term in office I would revoke citizenship, start speaking like a canadian, and walk across the border. The same goes for if the draft was reinstated.
