  • No, it's something to do with needing to pee. I'm not sure about the scientific explanation but I'm sure someone else will explain it properly.
  • Most healthy men wake up in the morning with an erection. The slang term for this is "morning wood." This is normal and it's fairly common. Men have several erections a night as part of their sleep cycle. Many times they wake up and find they are still erect. A man's penis becomes erect ("hard") in response to sexual arousal, excitement, and deep relaxation, such as what's experienced in deep dreaming sleep. An erection is caused by a rush of blood to the penis. A man's penis, especially a young man's penis, can also become erect without any kind of arousing stimulation — this is called a "spontaneous erection." Hope this information helps!
  • What?? never... you cant have a piss if, well you know... one of them... its impossible.
  • No, it is physical reasons.
  • "Morning wood" is normally caused by a need to urinate. The body (most animals) will not release urine while sleeping to prevent soiling oneself and making an odor to let other animals know its there. I love the Discovery channel!
  • While it could be due to erotic dreams, however it is ussualy the male body responding to a need to urinate while one sleeps. It's sort of a defense mechanism. In the wild this would help to keep your sleeping area from giving off too strong an odor which tends to draw preditors.
  • It is believed that the tumescence that you experience is the bodies way of maintain a high blood circulation to the penis.....this is what science thinks..but nobody really knows...It is not related to sexual dreams however.
