I have a credit account that is paid in full. Is it better for my score to leave it open or to close it?

    It's generally better to keep it open so that it can help your utilization ratios and help with your credit history. If you have around 10% utilization on your other accounts and you haven't had this account for years, it probably won't hurt you much.
