I hurt my wrist while punching a boxing bag. it is not too bad, but it hurts every time I hit the bag. I do not want to stop my training schedule. How can I cure this pain?

    Quite simply, you have to rest it, if you're a sports man then you do know this, you will only make it worse and it will take longer to heal, but to cure the pain i would use cold therapy and take some anti-inflammatories :)

    Only rest will cure the pain completely. However, you can tape your wrist to support while you train. You should watch the angle of your wrist when you impact the bag. It should be perpendicular on impact. To avoid permanent injury, I suggest you go to a doctor or profession trainer to make sure you don't have a fracture or torn ligament that would be aggravated if you continue training.
