We have the Middle East and Far East. Where is the Middle West and Far West?

Right here in America... Think about it.. the Mid-west like Iowa and all them there places are the middle west and anything west of the rocky mountains would be the far west

From the east point of view we are ALL west they are designated by us to keep our politicians happy :)

As far as Asia goes, they aren't allowed to have a west. From a Eurasian perspective the far west is England, France, Italy, Germany, and all the other developed European countries. The middle west is European Russia, the Balkan countries, Ukraine, the Caucus mountain region and perhaps Turkey.
