This is tough with Chuck Knoll winning 4 superbowls, Bill Walsh being the guru that he was, but my vote goes to Don Shula.

Wow, really tough one... I'd say Halas, not only FOR his coaching, but he was integral to the league being what it is, hell, even EXISTING. Noll, Landry, Paul Brown, Walsh, and others have legit arguments. Shula is maybe third, I'd put Lombardi second...5 titles in the 60s, even without a salary cap, is hard to argue against.
