92 KM, the Comrades marathon held yearly in South - Africa, wont do it again, it puts to much strain on your knees

I run quite a lot, for exercise and fun. I'm not sure of the longest distance though...I guess however far I can run in an hour or so?

Oh cripes...maybe a mile at a very slow JOG! in High School. lmao I used to run/walk 2 miles in my 20's as one cardio workout..swam and did aerobics on alternative days! Running isn't really all that great for the Joints, no matter what age or weight you are.

Actual non-stop running? I would have to say back in my freshman year in high school (about 10 years ago) when we had to run the mile in Physical Ed.
-
Four miles, several times in the Army. Hated every minute of it. I always argued that I learned how to shoot so that I WOULDN'T have to run. (Oh, I'm SO tempted to add something right here, but I don't want to insult the French ... )

3 miles..the Stanley Park seawall..to keep in shape
-
10 miles. It was around a lake I lived on. And I did it for fun. Wish my knees would let me do that now days!! Getting old sucks! ;-)

I don't know exactly how long i ran but know that i had ran non-stop for 1 and a half hour. I was so exhausted that i lost my appetite that evening.
-
26.2 miles because I was running a marathon.

I used to run the cross-country in school. I don't know how far that was, probably only about 3 miles or so. I used to be good it though, I had to set off with the girls but I'd usually catch up with the boys and give them a run for their money aswell. Running kills me nowadays (drinking and smoking hasn't helped), I do cycling instead. The most I've cycled is about 100km.
-
Probably 5 miles for that diabetics thing. I don't really like running non stop for so long. Really bad for my legs. I normally do 1-2 miles.
-
One mile in high school. I'm not a good runner and I don't enjoy running.
