Perfume is a strong odor and bothers alot of people. Some are actually allergic to it. Should it be banned in public places?

Yes, some people are allergic to perfume, banning it would not be a solution, for there are some colognes that men wear that can be hard on some people too. Light, airy perfumes are easier on one's nose, such as floral scents. I used to be in choir for a number of years and we were asked to not wear cologne or perfume, for it restricts one's air passages and makes it harder to breathe and sing well. Most of the time, I don't wear perfume for I am allergic to some scents and I understand what you are saying.
