You mean made OF dry ice or using dry ice in the making of the ice cream? Because I am not eating dry ice. And I don't see why anyone would go to the trouble to find and use dry ice to make something as simple as ice cream. There are plenty of easy, inexpensive and safe ways to make it.

check out heston blumenthals michelin star resturant he uses it all the time to make ice cream and sorbets he calls it culinary alchemy very interesting i would love to try it but im afraid of killing my dinner guests
