I don't think water expires. It's not like alcohol when it's better with age, it's just water.

Not after 35 years (the seals would have broken a long time ago), but it would still be good for at least five. But then again, if it was frozen, I imagine that it could last a long time, assuming that it doesn't burst. Probably upwards of 20 years.

It depends on if it is distilled or not. I have had bottled water before that was a bit old and I opened the bottle and it smelled like mildew. (no I did not drink it). If it is not purified before it is bottled it can still have the bacteria and chemicals in it that can cause mildew just the same as if you poured your own tap water into a bottle and sealed it. Actually, most bottled water is nothing more than glorified, overpriced, tap water.

The water itself doesn't expire, but the cheap plastic that its bottled in begins to dissolve (parts per million) into the water. While it isnt poisonous, its just not good. "it says best before, not bad after" -homer simpson

Yes it does! One time I drank a bottle of water that was expired and I died! I wouldn't do it if I were you! LMAO
