I don't have the energy to get even. If the joke just caused me embarrassment, that would be fine as I don't take myself seriously. If it caused injury or lasting harm to myself, others or property... I would be very angry.

I enjoy the humor, then I start planning the payback. It keeps life on the fun side.

It wouldn't matter how long it would take me but I would find a way to get them, all in fun of course :o)

Nah, I'd laugh as long as it wasn't tastless or harmful.

I wouldn't get mad or get even out of anger but I would patiently wait for the right time and circumstances to get them back really good. I think one good turn deserves another

It happens to me all the time and I would find it humorous and I may get even too, but all in fun :). I guess it would depend on the intention behind it. I've had (very few) people play a joke on me with the intent to hurt me or piss me off and although I may laugh it off, I wouldn't waste my time getting even with those type of people, I'd simply stay away from this person or if this person persists, I would confront and find out what's really going on.

At this point of my life, I see the humor in it. When I was in my early 20's, I was all about revenge :-)
